We begin printing after your order is submitted, payment is received, and your files are reviewed for print readiness.

Sheet count depends on how the pattern designer formatted the file. A file review can help confirm the number of sheets before printing. Just ask!

Non-sewing projects may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Projects with higher ink requirements will be quoted separately.

❋ Why don't you list a phone number?
We're a mother-and-daughter business balancing day jobs, classes, and pattern printing. Email helps us keep every project organized and ensures nothing gets missed. Need to talk? Just send us a note—we're always happy to coordinate a phone call when needed.
❋ How quickly do you respond?
Because Sew PRINT it. is a small family-run business operated outside of regular work and school schedules, responses may not be immediate. We check email regularly and typically respond within 24 hours.
❋ When can we MEETUP?
We don't maintain fixed pickup hours. As a small mother-and-daughter business, we coordinate MEETUPs around our work and school schedules.
Our most common availability is:
Weekday lunch hours
Before work
After work
Weekends
Weekends typically offer the most flexibility and can often support the fastest turnaround times.
Simply provide three preferred MEETUP times when ordering, and we'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. After work and class, we put in overtime to save you time!
❋ Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Established Sew PRINT it. customers may be eligible for complimentary delivery within a 5-mile radius of our standard MEETUP location (Timberline and Drake).
To help keep our pricing simple and affordable, delivery is currently offered only to returning customers and is based on schedule availability. If you think your location qualifies, simply mention delivery when placing your order, and we'll confirm eligibility.
For all other orders, pickup is coordinated through one of our MEETUP options.
❋ Do you print weaving patterns?
Yes! Sew PRINT it. specializes in A0 PDF printing, making it easy to print weaving drafts, loom plans, fiber arts patterns, sewing patterns, and other large-format documents.
If your file is already formatted as an A0 PDF, we can print it as provided. If you're unsure about compatibility, submit your file for review and we'll confirm the sheet count, page size, and print readiness before you order.
❋ Can you convert my A4 or Letter pattern into an A0 print?
Sometimes. Some tiled A4 or Letter sewing patterns can be converted into a large-format A0-style print, while others cannot. Compatibility depends on how the pattern designer created and exported the PDF.
Whenever possible, we recommend providing the original A0 or Copy Shop file from the pattern designer for the best results.
If an A0 file is not available, feel free to submit your pattern for review. We are happy to evaluate compatibility before you place an order. Additional file preparation fees may apply for patterns that require conversion.
