Order confirmation
Before printing, we’ll confirm your sheet count and pickup details. Please double-check your files and quantities before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
Missed MEETUPs
If you miss your scheduled pickup time, please reach out promptly. We’re happy to reschedule within one week when possible—note that additional fees may apply. After one week, unclaimed prints may be discarded and will not be refunded.
Custom services and RUSH fees
Fees for expedited (RUSH) printing and custom pickup arrangements are non-refundable once printing has begun, even if the order is canceled or the pickup is missed.
Pattern content disclaimer
We take care to ensure your files are printed accurately and to scale. However, we are not responsible for pattern design errors, missing pieces, formatting issues within the PDF provided. Please review your pattern and make sure the file is complete, properly formatted. If you have any questions about your file, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist before printing begins.
