Digital File Policy

We respect your privacy and handle all uploaded files with care. To keep our system secure and organized, uploaded files are stored only as long as necessary to complete your order.

• File Review Only: Files uploaded for sheet counting without a confirmed print order will be deleted after 7 days.

• Print Orders: Files uploaded in support of a confirmed print order will be deleted 30 days after your scheduled meetup / transfer of printed sheets.

Please ensure you retain your own copy of all files, as we do not archive or store customer files beyond these timeframes.
